Healing Begins With Confrontation
Show some courage and go for it
The day started like any other.
With me dragging myself to work, on a rainy day.
And although the day was just getting started I was already thinking about 5 o’clock when time starts to make sense to me again.
That’s because I can choose to spend it however I like.
But every now and then my dream life is fading.
That’s how I start to lose track of my goals.
Acknowledge How You Feel And Make Peace With It
If I would ask you now how do you feel, what would be your response?
You don’t know?
Well, maybe because it’s been a while since you thought about it. And no, you don’t need five therapy sessions and one week of cold showers to be able to have a moment of introspection with yourself.
The way I do it?
I sit in front of a mirror and start talking with myself.
This way I am able to confront my honesty.
And because I see myself, I can tell right away how I feel. My body doesn’t lie even though my mind sometimes have a hard time accepting the truth.
