The Surprising Danger Of Having Too Many Interests
A two edged sword that you need to learn to use it better
I get it.
You are trying to build a business on your own and sometimes you feel guilty for focusing on too many things at once.
You wake up every day at 5 AM, and meditate for about 15 minutes.
Right after that you start reading for another 15 minutes from that new Mark Mansonโs book.
Then you do your workout for about half an hour, you take a shower and for the next two hours or so, you are fully focused on writing a new article for your blog and the newsletter for the day.
At 8:30 AM you have to log in for your work.
But right after that, from 5 PM, you start doing it all over again.
You eat a big dinner, write some posts for social media, edit your new YouTube video, attend a Calendly meeting with one of your subscribers, write some paragraphs on your Skoolโs course and then finish the day recording a TikTok video for your younger audience.
Itโs 10 PM and after you jumped in the bed, you keep asking yourself the same question every night.
โAm I doing too much or too little for my business?โ
